Job Summary
A chocolate manufacturing company is in need of a Remote Privacy Compliance Counsel in Hershey.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing legal support and advice
- Helping manage/maintain ethics and compliance, data protection and privacy policies and processes
- Assisting in the creation and delivery of ethics and compliance, data protection and privacy oversight training, materials and tools
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to achieve goals
- Consistent ability to build relationships and leverage partners and advisors
- Admission to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or eligible for admission on proof of practice elsewhere
