Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Privacy Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Maintain governance, policies, and processes
  • Lead privacy by design reviews
  • Review third party due diligence questionnaire completed by our vendors

Qualifications Include:

  • US - CCPA/CPRA; GLBA; CalFipa; Can-Spam experience
  • Canada - PIPEDA and provincial state laws; CASL experience
  • A degree or certification in a relevant discipline will be highly regarded (eg. CIPP/E; CIPP / US)
  • Experience in a high growth technology or financial services environment will be highly regarded
  • Experience in documenting meeting notes, advice, and outcomes, including through required governance tools
  • Experience with Confluence JIRA Trackers, Google suite
