Remote Privacy Director

Job Summary

A privately-held healthcare technology solutions company has an open position for a Remote Privacy Director.

Must be able to:

• Design, develop, implement the TES Data Privacy Program effectively
• Serve as subject matter expert and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable healthcare privacy laws and regulations
• Assist in the identification, development, implementation and maintenance of TES Data Privacy policies, procedures and other controls

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time / Current State: We are all working virtually
• Minimum 4-year degree
• 7+ years in data privacy compliance
• Communicates openly, clearly, and completely (including excellent written skills)
• Listens to the needs of the internal client or external customer to understand the broader context of issues that arise
• Adapts quickly to ever-changing internal and business policies and procedures
