Job Summary
A retail company is filling a position for a Remote Privacy Lead Compliance Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead department process development, improvement and maintenance
- Lead aspects of regulatory change management for fast emerging laws and industry best practices
- Analyze privacy compliance requirements and prioritize control testing and monitoring across the company
Qualifications for this position include:
- May travel to HQ up to 4 times a year
- Four year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 6-10 years of experience within Privacy, Risk or other related Compliance functions
- Understanding of program frameworks and ability to apply concepts to the privacy program
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate meetings
- Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data to influence decisions
