Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Privacy Procurement and IP Senior Paralegal .
Must be able to:
- Oversee firm's document management, processing and recordkeeping, including: DPAs, purchase documents, trademarks, patents, and internal memorandum, etc.
- Assist in assessing current and future applicable legal, privacy, and intellectual property developments
- Coordinate with outside counsel the creation of new engagements for intellectual property management
Qualifications for this position include:
- 10+ years working as a paralegal in a fast-growth technology company
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage documents from multiple sources, multi-task, and prioritize
- Ability to remain focused and flexible to address changes in work requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite applications
- Demonstrated industry recognition of skills through publications, awards, speaking engagements a plus
