A healthcare and retail pharmacy company has an open position for a Remote Private Pay OCR Customer Service Representative in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collecting information and verify account specific billing,insurance and coding
- Serving as customer support for long term care residents,responsible parties and facilities
- Updating and documenting customer accounts designated inwork campaign
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Technical proficiency in working in multiple systems andsoftware's simultaneously
- Experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook,Word and Excel
- Experience in customer service and a high volumeenvironment
- Strong written, and verbal communication
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED (Required)
