Job Summary

A company is looking for a Multispecialty Remote Pro Fee Coder - E/M Coding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select and sequence ICD-10 and/or CPT/HCPCS codes for designated patient types
• Review facility records to ensure accurate APC assignments and Evaluation and Management codes
• Abstract clinical data to support diagnoses, procedures, and discharge disposition

Required Qualifications:

• An active AHIMA or AAPC credential
• Two years of recent and relevant hands-on coding experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, ICD-10, and CPT/HCPCS code sets
• Ability to consistently code at a 95% quality threshold
• Proficient in MS Office applications
