Job Summary

A management consulting firm has a current position open for a Remote Pro Fee Medical Coder.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing quality coding on ancillary charts, clinic charts, and emergency room records
• Assuring that all services documented in the patient’s chart are coded correctly
• Achieving and maintaining 95% accuracy in coding

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years facility multispecialty coding experience
• Must hold one of the following credentials: CPC, COC, CCSP
• EPIC experience
• Must maintain credential throughout employment
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
