Job Summary
An IT business services company has a current position open for a Remote Pro Fee Radiology Coder.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing coding services to clients
- Reviewing medical records and assign pertinent codes
- Abstracting appropriate information from the medical record
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Credentials from AHIMA or AAPC: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC, or CIC
- 1+ years of recent coding experience in assigning 70000 CPT code range
- Top coding skills in radiology coding
- Ability to work from home using DSL or cable high speed internet
