Job Summary
An IT and engineering firm is seeking a Remote Problem Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Formalizing and enhancing IT problem framework (process and procedures)
- Delivering an ongoing training program for IT staff, business system owners, and business stakeholders
- Deploying and maintaining IT processes to effectively support IT problem management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Current/Active DoD Secret clearance
- DoD 8570.1-M IAT level II certification
- Experience and knowledge of problem management principles, methodologies and tools
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
