Job Summary

A commercial real estate service has an open position for a Remote Process Improvement Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building coaching relationships with clients, and establishing a foundation for long term relationships
  • Playing a lead role driving work and transferring relevant knowledge to clients
  • Applying proficiency in the use of SPO’s tools, methodologies and accelerators

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, technology
  • ProSci / Change Management and Lean Six Sigma certification
  • Agile Methodology Certification (i.e. CSM)
  • Able to synthesizes complex analysis with an ability to draw out and prioritize key conclusions
