Job Summary
Ahealth insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Process Improvement Lead .
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Aligning business process to strategy, operational plans, and departmental objectives
- Supporting all Author Service Operations to define business process opportunities.
- Leveraging Six Sigma tools like value stream mapping, cause and effect analysis, regression analysis, fishbone diagram, 5 whys, run chart/time series, and/or Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).
Position Requirements Include:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with large-scale business process design and/or improvement projects
- Demonstrated ability for critical thinking and decision making
