Job Summary
A Medicare Advantage health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Process Improvement Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing leadership, strategic direction, and oversight to the Process Improvement team
- Partnering closely with the Product team to scope and spec improvements to our self-service
- Driving alignment with leaders across the org for appropriate escalation and resolution of different cases
