Job Summary
A financial services company has an open position for a Remote Process Management Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing support and guidance to examiners in their day to day service commitments
- Conducting quarterly open file reviews
- Ensuring adherence to claim processing policies and procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years of Group Insurance experience, preferably in Life Claims processing
- Demonstrated sound judgement and risk analysis during claim reviews
- Impeccable organization, time management and problem-solving skills
- Proven the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
