Job Summary
A multinational financial services leader needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Process Management Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing same day and comprehensive analysis of work performed in Assurance IQ Complaints
- Interacting with associates and leadership to deliver feedback and coaching, in writing and verbally
- Presenting monthly quality assessment meetings with Operational leaders
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated sound judgment and risk analysis during case reviews
- Proficient with Microsoft office, Excel and Word
- Willing to be cross trained to serve as an overarching Complaints quality expert
- Proven ability to be detailed oriented and self-motivated
