Job Summary

A privately held software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Process Optimization Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Improving cross-functional processes which intersect with accounting and finance
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements in effectiveness of cross departmental processes and leading the implementation of these projects
  • Helping plan future headcount to meet growth needs within accounting, finance, and related functions

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Familiarity with core accounting in an operational role.
  • Experience managing people and teams, either directly, or indirectly through group projects
  • Experience with cross functional processes across sales ops, finance, revenue and accounting
  • Experience with accounting projects with process and system implementations is a big plus
