A real estate technology company is filling a position for a Remote Processing Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing, leading, and scaling the team of Loan Processors
- Innovating new and better ways to do things in order to meet company KPI’s
- Adjusting load balance as necessary in order to meet company SLA’s
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience in managing mortgage Loan Processing
- Experience leading and coaching a team and aiding in the success of that team
- Communicated and partnered with customers in a remote environment
- Knowledge of FHA, VA and Conventional mortgage products
