Remote Processing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Integrated Customer Services team, the full-time Remote Processing Specialist will process energy rebate requests accurately while meeting performance standards and contributing to process improvements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and validation of energy rebate requests
• Consistently meet outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute to process improvements in a team-based environment

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry is a plus
• Resourceful and inquisitive with high energy
• Strong organizational skills; experience with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
• Flexibility with schedule; ability to work split shifts, evenings, and/or Saturdays as needed
• Ability to maintain a dedicated home office space free of personal disruptions
