Remote Processing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Integrated Customer Services team, the full-time Remote Processing Specialist will ensure accurate processing of energy rebate requests while meeting program deliverables and performance standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and validation of energy rebate requests
• Consistently meet outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Contribute to process improvements in a collaborative team setting

Required qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
• Resourceful, inquisitive, and energetic attitude
• Flexibility with schedule, including potential split shifts and weekend work
• Ability to maintain a dedicated home office space free of personal disruptions
