Job Summary
To support the Integrated Customer Services team, the full-time Remote Processing Specialist will ensure accurate processing of energy rebate requests while meeting performance standards and contributing to process improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and validation of energy rebate requests
- Consistently meet outlined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to process improvements in a collaborative team environment
Required qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications are beneficial
- Resourceful and inquisitive with a high energy level
- Flexibility with schedule; ability to work split shifts, evenings, and/or Saturdays as needed
- Dedicated home office space free from personal disruptions
