Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processor - U.S. Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Back room operations support for Branch to prepare for closing
Evaluate and review real estate contracts and supporting documents
Responsible for requesting &/or follow-up on payoffs, homeowner's association demands, verify tax information, and other title liens or documents required prior to close

Required Qualifications:

Ability to adapt seamlessly to a collaborative team environment while also excelling independently
High level of organization and strong attention to detail
Experience on an escrow desk is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment
Preferred candidate would reside in the Denver Metro Area
