Remote Proctoring Operations Contractor

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the part-time Remote Proctoring Operations Contractor will monitor and manage incoming proctoring-related student support tickets, ensuring compliance with testing policies and documenting decisions while collaborating with internal teams for technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and review incoming proctoring-related support tickets for accuracy and alignment with institutional policies
• Conduct technical reviews of recorded proctoring sessions, identifying relevant events and summarizing findings for appeals
• Maintain logs of ticket volumes and session outcomes to support continuous improvement and reporting to leadership

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field
• Prior experience reviewing student support tickets or case documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Experience interpreting and applying institutional policies and technical requirements consistently
• Familiarity with remote proctoring tools or education technology platforms
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive student data in accordance with privacy expectations
