Job Summary

A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Procurement Commercial Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Support the development of contract templates, frameworks, and process improvements
• Review, revise, negotiate, revise and approve a wide variety of contracts
• Advise and coordinate with Procurement, Finance, HR, Marketing, Operations and other business units teams regarding associated risks

Required Skills:

• Strong background with procurement, acquisition, and purchasing
• 3+ years of experience working with vendors, suppliers, and service providers on the purchase of a variety of inbound products
• Proven ability to negotiate and manage large, complex service and product agreements with a variety of vendors, service providers, and suppliers
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
