Job Summary
A healthcare and senior living company is seeking a Remote Procurement Contract Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining the contract database with the Filevine/Outlaw contract management program
- Assist with managing the contract process by interfacing with various internal business groups
- Ensure timely execution of new contracts and contract renewals
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree required; an additional three years' experience may be substituted in leu of education
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Minimum of two years of contracts administration or similar transactional experience
- Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
