Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company is seeking a Remote Procurement Contract Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining the contract database with the Filevine/Outlaw contract management program
  • Assist with managing the contract process by interfacing with various internal business groups
  • Ensure timely execution of new contracts and contract renewals

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required; an additional three years' experience may be substituted in leu of education
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Minimum of two years of contracts administration or similar transactional experience
  • Experience and competency working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Deep commitment to helping unlock the potential of our most vulnerable seniors
