Seeking an experienced Remote Procurement Contracts Attorney for a part-time contract engagement, responsible for structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing various commercial contracts, including procurement and vendor agreements, in a fully remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and review a wide range of commercial contracts related to procurement and vendor services
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and meet contract needs effectively
• Provide legal guidance and support to the legal department on procurement-related matters

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in procurement commercial contracting
• In-house legal experience is highly preferred
• Licensed to practice law in the state of residence
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school
