Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Procurement Corporate Counsel.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Advising internal clients on corporate and commercial legal matters
- Partnering with internal organizations to build negotiation playbooks and term-based approval workflows to minimize risk
- Owning procurement-related templates and work with other teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume of commercial contracts
- Minimum of 5 years of experience (in-house preferred) negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts
- Experience negotiating intellectual property licensing and ownership agreements
- J.D. and member in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- Experience designing, implementing, and administering contract lifecycle processes
- Deep understanding of other software tools surrounding the contract process
