A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Procurement Counsel Member.

Must be able to:

  • Handle procurement IT, Operations, Staffing agreements, and HR agreements
  • Draft, redline and negotiate Indemnification, Limited Liability, and Staffing agreements
  • Review some click through terms and conditions

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience working at a law firm or in-house, in a procurement (commercial) counsel or related
  • Active bar license
  • Someone who has an understand what happens on IT side
