Job Summary
A computer software company specializing in call center solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Procurement Global Contracts Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing terms and conditions for a broad range of vendor agreements with a primary focus on cloud services and SaaS
- Designing, communicating and maintaining a comprehensive contract management process
- Collaborating cross-functionally and providign general finance and business-related advice for internal clients regarding company processes
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of commercial contracts experience with a high-tech company
- Strong communication, negotiation and contract drafting skills
- Ability to build, implement, and document a new global process, leading the change management and cross-functional training
- Consistent good judgment and ability to apply legal knowledge to help create practical business solutions
- Ability to work well under pressure with diligence, organization, and minimal supervision, and provide team leadership to a global team
