Remote Procurement Manager

Job Summary

A human resources software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Procurement Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Drive the procurement function forward in its pursuit of excellence to achieve best-in-class procurement service and delivery
• Be responsible for work pipeline management, performance management, talent management and succession planning
• Support and drive Source-to-Pay (S2P) technology transformation

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related fields
• 3+ years' experience in people management
• 5+ years' experience in strategic sourcing or procurement in indirect categories
• Experience in using procurement systems (P2P, S2C, CLM, SRM)
• Expert in advanced functions and features in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
