A business intelligence company is in need of a Remote Procurement Manager in New York City.

Must be able to:

• Negotiate commercial terms
• Maintain vendor contract database
• Identify new cost-saving opportunities

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT/technology and general goods and services procurement
• Experience creating proposals and evaluating vendors
• Experience recommending improvements to vendor procurement process design
• Awareness of contract law, regional standards around the world
• Ability to educate end-user staff on governance rationale, concepts and processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
