Remote Procurement Order Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

A mobile device IT support company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Procurement Order Fulfillment Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Processing and fulfilling all order and ticket requests
• Providing general assistance and support for incoming requests
• Providing first-level support to our customers

Qualifications for this position include:

• Minimum of six months’ experience working in a wireless customer support environment
• Minimum of six months’ experience working in an order fulfillment or data processing role
• Previous experience with customer-facing, technical support procedures and ticketing software
• Ability to type 45 WPM
• Experience navigating and submitted requests in wireless carrier portals
• Broad knowledge of wireless devices and services
