Job Summary
A manufacturer is in need of a Remote Procurement Sourcing Analyst in New Britain.
Must be able to:
- Drive the sourcing process through sourcing events, with the guidance of the Global Commodity Manger
- Engrain the sourcing process within the global commodity teams, assuring best in class methodologies are followed
- Develop skill sets and reference material for “best in class” benchmarks, tools, and processes
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree or other related degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 year’s professional purchasing experience
- Power user of analytical tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of flexibility and resourcefulness
- Understanding of “7 step sourcing process” or similar stage gate based formal sourcing process
