Job Summary
A biotechnology company has an open position for a Remote Procurement Sourcing Clinical Ancillary Manager in Allentown.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working and aligning with the Procurement / Sourcing Manager, Clinical Ancillary Management, UK
- Maintaining strong, advantageous professional relationships with strategic & key suppliers
- Developing global / regional manufacturer relationships to ensure consistent supply of products at international clinical trial sites
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in business or sciences from a four-year college or university
- APICS, CPM, CPIM, or similar supply chain certification
- Ability to maintain strong, advantageous professional relationships with strategic & key suppliers
- Ability to submit inputs to the monthly cost savings, cost avoidance reports
- Ability to improve internal relationships by ensuring internal customers understand sourcing policies
- Ability to apply current Good Manufacturing Principles (cGMP), current Good Distribution Principles (cGDP) in all areas of responsibility
