Job Summary
A technical and creative services provider specializing in the video games industry has a current position open for a Remote Procurement Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Serving as a supply chain specialist to work on one of our IT client's procurement project which involves sourcing of mechanical component for some of their consumer devices
- Providing tactical level coordination, analysis, and/or support for one or more procurement categories
- Performing tactical sourcing activities (requirements definition, RFx preparation, vendor pool definition, analysis of proposals) utilizing eProcurement tools and resources
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related work experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Procurement lifecycle processes and operations as well as strong analytical, communication and cross-group collaboration skills
- Demonstrated data anlysis skills
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to perform data analysis and reporting inputs to support development and execution of category strategy, negotiation strategies and vendor performance reviews
