Job Summary
A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Procurement specialist in Jersey City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop regional category strategies and plans
- Support/ partner with sales/delivery in the RFPs
- Develop and execute category management plan
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years broad-based experience within contingent labor/services procurement
- Strong exposure to contract laws, negotiation, market dynamics, commercial strategy AND
- Strategic sourcing, contract management and supply relationship management
- Familiarity with large complex deal management
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
