Job Summary
A retailer of less-than-perfect produce has a current position open for a Remote Produce Retail Payroll Specialist and Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Processing and balancing bi-weekly payroll
- Serving as the primary point of contact for the payroll department, address and resolve employee complaints relating to payroll
- Partnering with Operations, People, and Accounting team to resolve payroll related issues and questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associates degree
- 3+ years of experience processing payroll, and tax lings; resolving disputes; setting up new tax jurisdictions
- In-depth knowledge of multiple state and local tax jurisdictions payroll regulations
- Pro cient knowledge level of ADP Workforce Now system
- Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
- Ability to meet deadlines and submit all payrolls
