Job Summary
A financial banking institution is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Producing Sales Manager.
Must be able to:
- Interview new and existing customers to determine their loan needs and advising those customers of appropriate products
- Generate complete mortgage applications, ensuring appropriate procedures and policies are followed
- Manage sales team to ensure development of relationships with Real Estate Brokers, Developers and CPA's
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4+ years of residential mortgage sales experience
- Minimum 5 years mortgage management experience
- Proven record of recruiting success
- $10MM in annual closed loan volume
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent sales presentation and marketing skills
