Job Summary

A payment technology company has a current position open for a Remote Product and Brand Design Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing the product design, brand design, and UX research departments
• Leading a team of product designers through the design and software development life cycle
• Owning and regularly reporting on the Design department OKRs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• 10+ combined years solid product and design experience leading design organizations
• Deep understanding of SaaS and usage-based business models
• Experience building and leading high performing design teams
• Ability to distill product decisions into relevant presentations internally and externally
• Experience owning and evolving brand design
• Demonstrated collaboration and partnership with Product and Engineering
