An AI content platform has an open position for a Remote Product and Engineering Senior Technical Recruiter.

Must be able to:

Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization
Continuously strive to improve the recruiting process using data and analyzing market trends
Be an ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience

Qualifications for this position include:

5+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience
Expertise using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
Ability to network and build long term relationships with passive candidates
Experience using data and utilize it to influence your sourcing strategy
Use market and talent insights to drive decisions with hiring leaders
Passion for building inclusive and diverse teams
