Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience
- Expertise using sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to network and build long term relationships with passive candidates
- Experience using data and utilize it to influence your sourcing strategy
- Use market and talent insights to drive decisions with hiring leaders
- Passion for building inclusive and diverse teams
