Job Summary
An e-commerce community and online marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Product and Engineering Strategy and Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and operate the systems, processes, artifacts and roles
- Proactively and iteratively evolve ongoing operations
- Program manage and support the Org’s most critical initiatives
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated experience in problem solving and operationalizing projects
- Solid track record of inspiring change
- Experience crafting and driving agile processes
- Outstanding partner management
- Technically skilled in organizing and analyzing financial and people data
- Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures
