Job Summary
A consumer products company is in need of a Remote Product and Operations Simplification Vice President.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Highlight ownership over key decision rights
- Establish governance processes, Performance Management. KPIs And dashboards
- Company-wide responsibility for partnering cross-functionally with the businesses and supply chain
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role in Supply Chain and/or product portfolio management
- You are a consensus builder but won't hesitate to voice your opinions and challenge the status quo
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can digest and translate complex information into simple insights
- Excellent hard skills with PowerPoint and Excel Modeling and aptitude to coach and train others
- Demonstrable leadership and ability to influence and inspire in a team setting
