Job Summary
An advanced technology company is seeking a Remote Product and Services Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Keep records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints through CRM system
- Act as the first point of contact to handle internal and external customer inquiries via phone or email
- Assist customers with invoice questions and follow up for necessary late payments
