Job Summary
A communications company is filling a position for a Remote Product and Technical Support Supervisor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supervising and providing day-to-day direction for a team of Technical Support Engineers
- Tracking ticketing workflows to ensure issues are addressed effectively and timely
- Representing the team in issues revolving around customer dissatisfaction and escalation
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of telecommunications industry experience
- Understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP signaling, network QOS, IP routing, etc
