Job Summary

A communications company is filling a position for a Remote Product and Technical Support Supervisor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supervising and providing day-to-day direction for a team of Technical Support Engineers
  • Tracking ticketing workflows to ensure issues are addressed effectively and timely
  • Representing the team in issues revolving around customer dissatisfaction and escalation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of telecommunications industry experience
  • Understanding of VoIP protocols, SIP signaling, network QOS, IP routing, etc
