- Promoting a culture of user-centered design
- Providing a vision for digital product design
- Leading all parts of the UX lifecycle
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years of experience leading product design and teams in UI/UX Design
- 7+ years of hands on design experience
- Experience with Agile development
- Experience with Design Thinking Methodology and putting it into practice
- High proficiency in Design & Prototyping tools
