Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Product Data Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping deeply understand our users and ensure that we maximize the impact of our platform
  • Leading data analysis and identifying insights from product usage to drive product updates, enhancements and fixes
  • Working closely with data analytics platform SME to maintain and optimize those platforms, including Gainsight, Tableau, Hotjar and Google Analytics

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience required
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics
  • Experience working in software and digital products
  • Strong technical understanding and experience implementing tagging and strategy for software and/or online product analytics
  • Ability to work closely with our VP of Product to derive data-driven insights from product usage data
  • Ability to ideate, plan and manage A/B Testing within the product, with support from our product and development teams
