A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Product Design and Manufacturing Community Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping customers tap into the community to increase engagement on multiple channels
- Monitoring and participating in the community channels on a daily basis
- Acting as an ambassador of the community within the company
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ demonstrated community management experience in an online community
- Knowledge of Forums, Social Networks and User Groups and when to leverage
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
