Job Summary

A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Product Design Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Establishing a clear design direction across all of our software products
• Establishing and upholding an incredibly high bar for design quality
• Providing actionable direction & feedback to our designers, in order to improve the quality of their work & support the customer

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience designing software products from concept to production
• 5+ years of experience building & managing high-performing teams with the ability to provide both strategic vision & operational clarity
• Deep understanding & passion for product design, including visual design, user experience & research
• Have a strong systems mindset, with experience building out scalable processes
