Job Summary
A software technology company has a current position open for a Remote Product Design Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Coaching and leading our fantastic team of Product Designer and UX Researchers
- Empowering the team to deliver simple solutions to complex problems
- Motivating your team, setting goals, and holding them accountable for delivering those goals
Qualifications for this position include:
- 7+ years of professional experience designing tech products
- Expert understanding of powerful software, Figma, Adobe Suite, Miro, Maze, and Optimal Workshop
- Ability to motivate and inspire, give critique candidly, and receive critique with grace
- Ability to attract great people to work with you
- Knowledge of different tools and techniques of product design
- Ability to choose the right approach within the constraints of the business
