Job Summary
A mental health support and crisis intervention company has a current position open for a Remote Product Design Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Advocating for design best practices
- Managing a team of product designers and cultivating a healthy team dynamic
- Ensuring users enjoy a consistent experience in each part of their user journey
Position Requirements Include:
- 8+ years working as a product designer, UI/UX designer, or interaction designer for real clients
- 3+ years experience in design management
- Experience leading and growing a diverse team in delivery of high-quality user experiences
- Experience working in SaaS
- Facilitation experience, guiding cross-functional teams through discovery and ideation
- Research and usability testing experience to gather insights and understand user needs
