Job Summary

A mental health support and crisis intervention company has a current position open for a Remote Product Design Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Advocating for design best practices
  • Managing a team of product designers and cultivating a healthy team dynamic
  • Ensuring users enjoy a consistent experience in each part of their user journey

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years working as a product designer, UI/UX designer, or interaction designer for real clients
  • 3+ years experience in design management
  • Experience leading and growing a diverse team in delivery of high-quality user experiences
  • Experience working in SaaS
  • Facilitation experience, guiding cross-functional teams through discovery and ideation
  • Research and usability testing experience to gather insights and understand user needs
