Job Summary
A company that provides a job search and recruiting website has an open position for a Remote Product Design Head.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Lead a sizable (over 20 people) and inclusive design teams
- Build a vision for the future of the Design team needed to deliver business priorities
- Apply user research and marketing research techniques to discover insights
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Know what product design excellence for digital products looks like and how to achieve it
- 10+ years of product design experience that includes a history of excellent work at scale that can inspire designers on your team.
- Experience leading a team of 15+
- Ability to develop strong working relationships
- Ability to bring diverse, equitable and inclusive thinking to all decisions and work
